Alvarion Works with several global OEM providers and more than 200 local partners to support its diverse global customer base in solving their last-mile challenges. Alvarion is opening a position for the unlicensed solutions due the increase of activities in the Spanish Market. Funciones a desempeñar: 1. Work and establish a solid working relationship with Alvarion partners and end users in the Country. 2. Effectively transfer knowledge by empowering the local Alvarion teams he/she works with. 3. Ability to design value proposals that address business needs that meet our partner expectations 4. Provide frontal presentations and maintain on going presales customer relationships. 5. Ability to assist in the selling process and contribute to the development of Alvarion work plan 6. Build and refresh the training program, documents and updates 7. Reviews logs of issues and tracks resolution within prescribed timeframes. Escalates issues in timely and efficient manner. 8. Keeps close contact with key end-user representatives directly to ensure we continue to achieve objectives. 9. Establish control mechanisms to bring Business Planning in line with Sales Planning activities 10. Assist Alvarion country management in developing, implementing and measuring gross revenue and optimization plans.
   
SE REQUIERE:
 
Requerimientos:
Edad aproximada: 23 – 30
Experiencia: - 2-3 years in presales in IT or TELECOM distribution in a equipment manufacturer within a geographically disperse organization. - Demonstrated self-management skills. - Demonstrate ability to apply skills and techniques to solve problems. - Willingness to travel and to work outside home between 60-80% of time
Aptitudes personales: - Strong customer focus and ability to set and manage customer expectations. - Ability to present and explain information including solid PowerPoint skills. - Radio, IP & technical background. - Background in IP and Data networks. - Able to work effectively in a multi-tasking environment; able to work constructively under stress and pressure. - Excellent human relationships and presentation skills. - Proactive, Self Learner & highly motivated. - Spanish – Native. - Excellent knowledge of English language (fluent in writing and speech)
Especialidad: Telecommunications / Computer Science.
